Join in on the yoga experience as we build inner body strength and cultivate deeper awareness while enjoying the sounds and sights of summer.

Yoga improves balance and flexibility, and strengthens the body. Poses are modified to meet a student’s particular needs. This is a mixed-level class, taught by a certified yoga instructor, and is designed for beginning and intermediate levels of practice. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing. Sessions will be held outdoors if weather permits. Pre-registration is suggested but not required. Call 262-375-2715.
